Benny here from Movement+. We're a small but highly experienced team of movement, mindfulness and healing experts who've been working in the mind-body-wellness space for the last 20 years. We understand that having a strong, mobile body with aliveness pulsing through your veins, as you continue to age — is linked with a journey of self-mastery. And on that journey you will likely go through a process of healing your body, calming your mind in the face of challenge, and learning ways to sustainably exercise. But, navigating this isn't always easy to do. So here at Movement+ we've gathered an expert group of mind-body wellbeing teachers to share practices and courses to help you navigate your journey of self mastery and improve your quality of life. Our Story

Movement+ was founded as a result of a simple observation: after working with over 10,000 people over the past 20 years, we've discovered that mainstream health and fitness practices don't work for a lot of people. They're either too hard, don't accomodate for aches and pains, or are limited to a single modality, philosophy, or style, like just Yoga, Pilates, Calisthenics, etc. There's plenty of yoga, fitness and meditation apps out there, but none that focus on the exploration of the body through unlimited forms of movement, mindfulness and healing. Movement+ is a place for us all to work together to transform ourselves into vehicles of love and contribute to the creation of a loving, connected world. It starts with you.
